I am of irish descent and remember every year my mother making corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day. I was very picky as a child and was never fond of it. In fact I was very picky as a young adult too and only until I became vegan 2+ years ago did I explore new foods and am now significantly less picky. Can anyone relate?!
